When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and any phone number, company name, other party’s name and message you add. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.

How we use it

We use your message to check for conflicts of interest and to reply to you. We use server logs to keep the site working and secure. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Colm Vesterholm and the service providers that host the site and deliver email. They may use it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are kept for as long as we need them for conflict checks and then deleted. Client files are kept as professional rules require.
